Psychological causes of suffering
In humans there are many factors that can cause suffering, and this concern among other ills are rooted in two main factors are:
·          Fear psychological
·          Psychological time
If humans transcend these aspects would live in a more peaceful and focused on professional and personal development.
Psychological fear
We mentioned the word fear often without knowing what it really contains. Many times we confuse fears, phobias, panic "fear" for example: When I am afraid of an animal, that's not scary, it's just a phobia, when I get a death threat, it's not fear, it is an experience of fear . The real fear is distinguished from all these feelings simply because fear is manifested only in the future, ie, fear of failure, fear of dying, fear of something that might happen; Fear is never shown in the present.

The feeling of fear, panic, etc.. They can not be avoided that the live instantly after an action and not under our control, but the psychological fear if we can avoid it by living the present moment without evaluating future conditions do not exist even if we live every step of our life without thinking only the result can be happier and avoid the psychological fear.

Psychological time
The human being has the need to evaluate the past to avoid repeating the same mistakes and should also have aspirations in the future. This is called clock time and is characterized even that is planning for the future or reviewing the past got the most attention in the way that is occurring or in the present moment. Psychological time is when I seek to learn from the past and I remember I did a negative action and feel remorse or when I plan ahead and get obsessed with the goal and forget the present. In this first situation takes an action that caused me suffering in the past and relive in this double causing suffering in the second scenario assumes problems that have not yet happened and involved in this cause what is known as: concern. We can avoid psychological time focusing on the present without reliving the past without worrying about unnecessary things.

The most effective way to avoid suffering is to live fully the present and focus on it, because last died, the future does not yet exist, therefore the only option and live the PRESENT.
